Can I order for real?
This is the early access test experience. Orders are saved so you can try the kitchen and delivery workflow, but no payment is taken and nobody is dispatched.
How do delivery fees work?
Your selected area determines the sample delivery fee, displayed before you order. Final service areas and rates will be confirmed for launch.
Can I send a parcel?
Yes. Use Send a package to submit pickup, drop-off and item details. A request needs review, a confirmed price and an available driver before collection.
I own a restaurant. How do I join?
Open Restaurant applications and share your business, contact and pickup details. Healthy Bites 4U is our founding restaurant partner. You’ll receive an application reference after submitting.
What about food allergies?
Sample descriptions are not verified allergen information. Before launch, the restaurant must confirm ingredients and preparation details. Never rely on this preview for dietary safety.
Can I apply to work with 473Eats?
Yes. Open Careers & drivers to register interest in delivery, dispatch, customer support or partnerships. These are expressions of interest; available roles and terms are confirmed during review.
What happens after I apply?
Your application is saved for our team to review. Keep the reference shown on screen. The team may contact you using the details you submitted. Automated confirmation emails are not yet connected.
